Meeting Points

Departure

Departure is strictly on time. If you are late or miss the bus, your booking is considered cancelled automatically, and the full participation fee must be paid. No exceptions.

Rest Stops

One stop on the way for breakfast. No guaranteed stops on return — only if time allows, and maximum 20 minutes.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancelling less than 24 hours before the event, not showing up, or arriving late is treated as a full cancellation. In all cases, the full participation fee is required, regardless of the reason or seat availability.

Audio During Transit

• Earphones or headphones are mandatory for any audio.
• No external audio (phones, speakers, etc.) is allowed on the bus.
